In 2019, the whole world paid the proper tribute to Leonardo da Vinci, 500 years after the death of one of the giants of science, art and technology of all time.

Sigel Group sponsored the restoration of the wooden work donated in 1987 by the contemporary artist Mario Ceroli to the birthplace of the genius.

Inspired by Leonardo’s famous drawing from 1490, which is kept in the cabinet with drawings and prints from the galleries of the Venice Academy. The sculpture, which interprets the Renaissance principle of man as a measure of all things, has become the symbol of the city of Vinci and its indissoluble connection to Leonardo.
